Temp to Hire Receptionist/Customer Service Representative position available immediately. The salary is $15.00-17.00 an hour based on experience. This position is located in Centerville, IA.

8 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday 

- data entry

- answer incoming and outgoing calls

- resolve client questions in a professional and timely manner

- general front desk duties

-High School Degree or GED

-Two year’s recent Customer Service experience, experience with processing orders is a plus

-Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving skills, and good math skills. A positive attitude is a must.

-Proficient with Microsoft Office, good computer skills are required

-Data entry skills of 40 + WPM

-Detail oriented and organized

-Ability to handle multi-line telephones with good telephone etiquette
