Monday thru Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm plus occasional overtime as needed.
Job duties include: supervising and managing personnel, setting goals, assigning workflow / duties, providing effective coaching and feedback to employees, resolving employee / team issues, provide training, maintain timekeeping and employee records. Will research and recommend solutions to recurring problems, design and implement improvements / modifications to current procedures. Will also be responsible for enforcing company policies, interviewing, selecting and disciplining employees and making termination recommendations to HR Management. Will manage customer invoicing, accounts receivable processing, verify carrier bill accuracy and data entry in computer system. Will negotiate and review / update contracts with current carriers and customer as well as contact / vet new carriers / vendors.
