Executive Assistant

Our client needs an Executive Assistant to help keep our Senior Leadership team focused on bigger initiatives. The role covers the fundamentals like schedule management, communications, travel coordination, and meeting prep. Over time, the expectation is that the right person grows into a broader capacity, taking on internal projects, identifying workflow improvements, and keeping key priorities moving across the team.  This is a good fit for someone who is organized, proactive, and interested in the renewable energy industry.  

Schedule

Monday – Friday: 8 am - 4:30 pm 

$80k - $90k

What You'll Do

  • Draft and edit communications on behalf of senior executives  
  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and scheduling priorities to ensure deadlines are  met  
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including logistics and catering, across multiple locations  
  • Flag key inbound communications and ensure action items are tracked, and issues are escalated correctly. Offer progress reports and status updates on key actions and initiatives   
  • Maintain accurate records and perform minor accounting duties  
  • Track continuous improvement initiatives and gather progress updates from stakeholders  
  • Publish monthly and quarterly reports on team activities and various internal projects  
  • This role will evolve with the needs of the business. 

What You Bring

  • Associate degree in business or equivalent combination of education and experience  
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant administrative or executive support experience  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities  
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive, self-directed approach  
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
