1. When is payday?

A: Iowa staffing pays weekly on Fridays. Our pay schedule is Sunday-Saturday, one week behind. You are required to have either direct deposit or we will issue you a pay card in order to guarantee pay every week. 

2. How do I call-off if I am sick?
A: If you are going to be late or absent for any reason you must call Iowa Staffing at 515-465-1930 before the start of your shift. It is acceptable to leave a voicemail with your name, phone number and location you are working. For some locations you will need to call your supervisor at the client location as well.

3. How do I get my pay stubs and W2?

A: All employees are required to set up an account at www.globalcashcard.com  to view and print your pay stubs and W2's. See instructions under Current Employees - Pay stubs and W2's to set up your account.

4. What if I lost my pay card?
A: Please come to the office and we will issue you a new card. You will need to call Global Cash Card at 949-751-0360 to cancel the old card and have the funds transferred to the new card.

5. How do I change from my pay card to direct deposit?
​A: Please bring in either a voided check or a direct deposit form from the bank with your routing and account number. Please give us a week to update so your pay is not interrupted.

6. Can I sign up for insurance?

A: You have 30 days from when you start work to sign up for our medical insurance plan. You can also add on Dental, Vision, Term Life and Short Term Disability coverage to your fixed indemnity medical plan. If you do not sign up within the first 30 days of employment you will have to wait for the next Open Enrollment Period.
