Position Details
- Job Duties:
- Prepare and portion food according to recipes and kitchen standards
- Chop, slice, and prepare ingredients
- Assist with daily kitchen preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Work as part of a busy kitchen team
- What We're Looking For:
- At least 2 years of Prep Cook or similar kitchen experience
- Comfortable using kitchen equipment and knives
- Reliable and dependable
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
