Landscape Laborer
Schedule
Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - Finish plus weekends for overtime
This is a Direct Hire Opportunity
Responsibilities
- Lawn Chemical Applications
- Mowing
- String trimming
- Mulching
- Weeding
- Lawn Aerating
- Driving a truck with a trailer
- General landscape work
- Snow removal
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record, own transportation (not on a bus line)
- Ability to drive a truck and trailer
- Repetitive heavy lifting 50-75 pounds
- Frequent bending, twisting, and working with yard tools such as shovels, clippers, etc.
- Ability to read and complete daily paperwork in English
- 1+ year of previous lawncare experience
- Use of lawncare tools such as aerators, seeders, sprayers, trimmers, mowers, and hand tools
- Must have a State of Iowa’s Applicator’s License to apply pesticides in the State of Iowa
