Bell Ringer

Tuesday - Saturday  10 am - 6 pm 

• Report to work promptly as scheduled 
• Work in all weather conditions (rain, sleet, snow, cold) 
• Work a minimum of 4 hours, a maximum of 8 hours per shift, and a maximum of 40 hours per week 
• Stay at the assigned kettle, ringing the bell. One 15-minute break will be allowed every 4 hours. A 30-minute break will be allowed for shifts of 6 or more hours 
• Responsible for the kettle, stand, and bell assigned location 

• Must be clean, neat, and well-groomed 
• Dressed appropriately for the location and weather 
• A smiling, friendly, and cheerful attitude 
• Prompt and consistent in attendance 
• Responsible for items assigned (kettles, equipment, etc) to your care 
• Flexible in light of changing job situations/priorities 
• A willingness to promote the mission
